Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are the UK based company in Manchester and all of our items are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We normally process orders on the day after the payment. We dispatch our items by Royal Mail or by Courier depending on the weight and size of the order. The method of dispatch is at our discretion. If your item does not arrive within 5 days of our dispatch email, please contact us and we will do all we can to help. International deliveries may take up to 14 working days. Please contact us before you place an order for the exact delivery time.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday, and exclude public holidays in the UK. Shipping times may vary during peak times including sale and holiday periods.

Delivery Charges

Currently, we only offer UK Standard Delivery and It will cost you £2.99 per order. We aim to deliver your goods within 5 days. Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays). All international orders delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of the order.

International Customs & Duty Charges

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received – You will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped with an Authority to leave – These give the courier the right to leave your order somewhere safe on the premises if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Returns

We want you to be Happy!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily accept it back within 14 days from the day you receive it.

Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused.

All tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal on swimwear.

​

We've gone paperless! You'll no longer receive a delivery note in your parcel. We offer free returns for our customers. Simply, email us at returns@letsshopshop.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a return label that you can print and drop off at your local parcel shop.

All returned items purchased during our sale periods will be issued with an online gift card via email for the value of the order.

Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.

If you wish to return swimwear, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place.

Swimwear items that are missing the protective hygiene strip or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds on any sale items. Online store credit will be offered if the sales item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date. This includes any of our sale periods including boxing day sales.

We can offer a full refund within 14 days on full priced or sale items if they are deemed faulty by our customer service team.

Should you wish to return your item and like to exchange it with different item of similar or less value, please let us know by sending an email at returns@letsshopshop.co.uk. We will happily exchange it for you.

 In your email request please confirm:

* Your order number
* The product/s you are returning
* The reason for returning the product - eg. change of mind, change of size, faulty.
* What you are returning the product/s for: online store credit or refund

Customer Service will then email you a Return Authorisation (RA) Notification. Please note goods cannot be shipped back to us without an approved RA number.

We offer free returns. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.

Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. Once we have received your return, we will process it within two business days. You will be notified via email when your return has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued. 

​

Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
